The Online Store is delivery-zone aware. Customers can only place orders if their address falls within an active delivery zone. Products, delivery fees, minimum order thresholds, and delivery-fee waivers all apply automatically based on the zone.
Outside delivery area?
If a customer's address is outside your delivery zones, the website notifies them before an order can be placed. No wasted orders, no confusion.

Checkout Built for Cannabis Compliance
Customers must submit ID information during checkout. There is no guest checkout. Delivery fees and minimum order thresholds are clearly reflected before the customer completes their purchase.
ACH with Straddle is the only payment method currently integrated. Operators can customize to support other payment methods based on their preferences.
Tips: Tips are supported but are collected at delivery through the driver app, not during online checkout.
Order History, Addresses, and Loyalty in One Place
Every customer who shops on the Online Store has an account. From their account, customers can manage their information and review past activity.
Customers can view past orders but cannot reorder from their order history.
